MAKE A DIFFERENCE

LeadOC and Wetogether partnered with the Marine Raider Foundation and UCLA Health Operation Mend, hosting the annual charity golf tournament at Seacliff Country Club on March 22nd.


So many organizations and individuals participated and sponsored, thank you all!

The event successfully fundraised 100000+$ and it will be all used for our military heroes.

About The Marine Raider Foundation


The Marine Raider Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 2012 to provide benevolent support to active duty and medically retired marine raiders and their families, World War II Marine Raiders, and the families of raiders who have lost their lives in service to our nation. The foundation aims to meet needs unmet by the government with an emphasis on building personal and family resiliency and supporting the full reintegration of wounded, ill, injured and transitioning raiders, their families, and MARSOC’s Gold Star Families.

About UCLA Health Operation Mend


UCLA Health Operation Mend was established in 2007 as a groundbreaking partnership among UCLA Health, the United States military and the Department of Veterans Affairs to help heal the wounds of war. Operation Mend provides advanced surgical and medical treatment, as well as comprehensive psychological-health support for post-9/11-era service members, veterans and their families at no cost. The program is available to eligible warriors injured during combat operations or while training for service.

WeTogether , LeadOC have been working with Miracles for kids and Sapphire Culinary Group, delivering meals, groceries and PPEs to 500 families with critically-ill kids and also were impacted by this current pandemic. The events lasted three weeks and covered families in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and Riverside County. Kids from donors' side also participated by writing letters to those families. Please see below press release and some of the works from the little angels!

Wednesday, May 6, 2020, WeTogether donated 10,000 surgical masks, 2,000 KN95 masks and 100 surgical gowns to St Joseph Hospital.



The donations were received by Amy Daugherty, Chief Philanthropy Officer along with hospital caregivers.

St. Joseph Hospital is one of the largest hospitals in Orange County. At the forefront of medical innovation and medical triumph, St. Joseph Hospital offers nearly every medical specialty and sub-specialty, and has made it an essential caretaker of the Orange and Los Angeles County communities for over 90 years.

With more than 1,000-member medical staff and other health care providers, St. Joseph Hospital is fighting COVID-19 at the front.

To all of them we pay tribute on the occasion of the National Nurse Day!
